It's getting close . . .

We're just a few days away from the event!  Everything is set to go and we can't wait to see everyone this weekend!  Here is a bit more information about the evening:

• Event is at the St. Matthias Parish Gym at 796 Buckley Road St. Louis, MO, 63125
• They have a large parking lot and the gymnasium is the building on the far left.  You'll enter through the double doors.
• Doors open at 6:30 and trivia will begin at 7.
• If you haven't paid, please bring cash or check to pay at the door ($200/table of 8).
• We have a silent auction with over 30 amazing baskets and items!  Winners can pay with cash or check.
• There will be a 50/50, Lottery Board Raffle and Liquor Basket Raffle throughout the evening.
• We will have water, soda, a variety of wine, Bud Light and Schlafly beer.  If you would like anything else to drink, you are welcome to bring it in.  Bring whatever food you'd like as well.

This is shaping up to be a great night!  We have over 20 tables signed up, great volunteers, great trivia players and are so excited for the evening.  Please know that everyone's support in contributing silent auction items, volunteering at the event and signing up tables is greatly appreciated!  We couldn't have done it without all of you! 

Less than two weeks away!

We are less than two weeks away from the trivia night and are putting the finishing touches on everything!  If you would still like to come, there is space available, but please register your team this week as we'll be shopping for supplies next weekend.  You can put NA for any team members who are unknown at this point and can pay at the door if you'd like.  For everyone who has registered so far, be on the lookout for an email the week prior to the event with more specific information about the evening.

We are less than 3 weeks away from the trivia night/silent auction!  Registrations have been coming in, but we have a large space to fill so there is still room.  If you know you will be getting a team together please go ahead and sign up on the registration tab above.  You can pay the night of, but we need registrations ahead of time in order to have enough drinks and supplies!  Our contact information is above as well so please don't hesitate to contact us if you have questions.

We have been overwhelmed by the generosity of our friends, family and community!  Because of all of you, our silent auction will be overflowing with amazing baskets and other items!  Here are a few more of the items that have come in the past couple of weeks:

We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday!  We are now in full planning mode and have some great trivia ready and silent auction items!  A Facebook Evite just went out, but it is only informational so if you received one, please make sure to register on the tab above to secure your spot.  Feel free to contact us with any questions and if you have a silent auction item you would like to donate.  Check back often to see what some of the great auction items are!  We'll see you all soon!

Registration is open!

Rather than waiting until the New Year, we have decided to get the registration up and running.  If you look above the blog posts, you'll see a 'Registration' tab.  Please click on it and use the Google form to register your team.  Only one member of each team should register the team.  If you have any questions, please let us know!  Our contact information can be found on a separate tab above.  Please feel free to pass this information on.  We have a large area to fill so the more the merrier!
